Come together with family, friends or colleagues for the Winston’s Wish Sunrise Walk 2012.

To secure your place you will need to pay an entry fee of £15 and raise a minimum sponsorship of £50 for Winston’s Wish.

Each walker will receive a special Winston’s Wish Sunrise Walk T-shirt, goodie bag and a well deserved breakfast at the finish.

Winston’s Wish relies almost entirely on voluntary donations to raise the £1.7 million we need each year. Your sponsorship will help change the lives of bereaved children, every penny counts!

To pay your entry fee by card please fill in the details below. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please download and return your completed form to: Winston’s Wish, 3rd Floor, Cheltenham House, Clarence Street, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 3JR. Tel 01242 515157 .

If you are under 18 years of age and wish to participate, you are required to download the application form and return it to Winston’s Wish signed by your parent/guardian.

Conditions of Entry

I understand that this walk is not a race. I take part in this event at my own risk and Winston’s Wish (employees and volunteers) cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage caused or sustained as a result of my participation.	Please agree.
I confirm that I am in reasonable health and fitness and will seek medical advice if my physical ability to participate is in any doubt. I confirm that I will abide by all the rules and regulations set out by Winston’s Wish for safe participation in this event. If under 18 years old I will be accompanied by a responsible adult. I understand that this is a fundraising event and agree to raise as much sponsorship as possible for Winston’s Wish. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of administering the event.	Please agree

Important information: You must register for the event in advance by completing this form, you cannot register on the day. Places for both events are limited and allocated in the order we receive full registration details. The last day that entries will be accepted for the walks will be Friday 16th of September.  Registrations on the day of the walks will NOT be accepted. You will receive written confirmation from Winston’s Wish of your place, along with full details of the event. If you receive a place and cannot take part, your place is not transferrable.
